Please join us for a Coffee & Conversation Event with a short presentation about “Blue Economies: A General Introduction” by Dr. LJ Palmer-Moloney, Founder & Principal of Visual Teaching Technologies, and Teaching Assistant Professor in the Geography, Planning & Environment Department at East Carolina University.

Dr. Palmer-Moloney will discuss:

  • What it means for your business to belong in a Blue Economy
  • Ways to increase preparedness and awareness of potential environmental impacts
  • How to find and access available resources, and more.

There will also be an opportunity for networking with other downtown business owners, as well as additional printed information and resources, prepared by the Economic Vitality committee, which will be available for you to view/collect and ask questions about during the session.

This event is free to attend, and open to any Downtown Morehead City Business Owner/Staff Representative. We will serve coffee and light refreshments and hope you will be able to join us!
